Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Welcomes the LAMSAMA Assessor Team for the Accreditation of the Undergraduate Biology Study Program
The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) welcomed a team of assessors from the Independent Accreditation Institute for Natural Sciences and Formal Sciences for the field assessment of the Biology Undergraduate Program, which took place on April 27–29 in Jimbaran.
The assessors consisted of Prof. Amin Setyo Leksono, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D., and Prof. Dr. Enny Zulaika, MP. The event was also attended by university leaders, including the Rector, represented by Vice Rector I, Prof. Ir. Nengah Sujaya, who was accompanied by Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, Dean of FMIPA, along with other leaders and lecturers within the FMIPA.
The presence of the assessor team was welcomed with full readiness by the academic community, demonstrating their commitment to improving the quality of education and study program governance. During the assessment, a comprehensive evaluation of various aspects was conducted, including the curriculum, human resources, supporting facilities, and academic and research achievements.
This activity is an important momentum for the FMIPA Biology Undergraduate Study Program to continue to strengthen quality, increase competitiveness, and contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of science.
